50 mm increments on the length and height from 200mm to 1000mm in one piece.

CONSTRUCTION
Aluminium with nylon bearings and nylon brush
sealing strip.

FINISH
Mill finish aluminium only.

FIXINGS
Flanges are supplied un-drilled. See page 4 for fixing alternatives.

PACKAGING
Each unit is wrapped in corrugated cardboard and banded with hardboard protection to the faces

NON STANDARD SIZES
We can manufacture almost any nominal or overall size. Units over 1000mm x 1000mm can be made up by bolting single units together. Please contact Head Office for details. The first digit of the product code becomes 9 instead of 0.

Ordering Detail

• The code for the basic product should have 13 digits.
See page 1.
• Please always give length first and then the height.

EXAMPLE:
A pressure relief flap for surface mounting on an
outside wall for exhaust air i.e. with the airflow from
the side without a flange, 500mm x 500mm square
would be coded 0277/00500/0500.
